The IKEA Museum website offers an online ordering service for takeaway food from the museum’s restaurant. The following terms and conditions apply to any such order.

Products and orders
IKEA Museum aims to ensure that the online menu is always up to date. However, all orders are subject to availability.
Online orders are binding. The Swedish Act on Distance Contracts and Off-Premises Contracts does not apply to orders made via the website. Accordingly, orders placed via the website are exempt from the right of withdrawal.
IKEA Museum are not liable for any faults or errors which are due to incorrect information in the order form. You are also responsible for examining the contents of the products (including allergens) in connection with your order. An updated declaration of contents is available on the website for all products. You are always welcome to contact us if you have any questions about the ingredients of a product.
Preparation times may vary throughout the day, so please note there may sometimes be a delay, e.g. when we there is a large volume of orders.
Payment and receipt
Payments are made in Swedish kronor/SEK. All prices on the website include VAT unless stated otherwise. A confirmation will be sent to the email address supplied by the customer once an order has been placed. Receipt will be provided if the customer has requested a receipt upon placement of the order.
Changes to these Terms & Conditions of Sale
IKEA Museum has the right to unilaterally revise these terms and conditions at any given time. The latest version of these terms and conditions is always available on the website.
